Here at Domestic and General Property Support Services Limited we take your privacy seriously and endeavour to only use your personal information to provide the services that you have requested from us.

What we need

Domestic and General Property Support Services Limited will be the ‘Controller’ of the personal datayou provide to us. We only collect basic personal data about you which does not include any special types of information. This information may include your name, address, email, payment details etc.

Why we need it

The purpose of collecting this information is so that we are able to provide you with any service that you have instructed us to complete. We will not collect any personal data from you that we do not need in order to provide and oversee this service to you.

What we do with it

All the personal data we collect is processed by our staff in the Republic of Ireland and is hosted on our in-house server or maintained in our lockable storage cabinets. 3 rd parties will not have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so. We have a Data Protection policy in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of your personal data. This policy may be requested at

How long we keep it

We are required under Irish tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed. What we would also like to do with it

From time to time, whenever it is deemed necessary, we do pass your basic details such as your name, address and contact details to sub-contractors in order to carry out the services that you have requested from us. All contractors instructed by Domestic and General Property Support Services Limited have signed confidentiality agreements to ensure that any data provided by the Company is protected in accordance with the GDPR.

What are your rights?

If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect you are entitled to request to see this information and even have it corrected or deleted. If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact our person in charge of Data Protection – the contact details of whom is listed below, who will investigate the matter.

If you are not satisfied with our response or believe we are processing your personal data not in accordance with the law, you are entitled to submit a complaint to the Data Commissioner.
